At first glance it just looks like shock art, but when you look closer...

Annabel Lecter (Annabel de Vetten) is well known for her ability to shock.

As owner of Conjurer's Kitchen she specialises in pig head, skeleton, and human skull cakes! This is hardcore baking, and not for the fainthearted.
